Finally these wooden crates are Pat Strapped for better strength and further Shrink wrapped for dust and other protection, which ensure safe delivery of thin stone sheets worldwide.

Large format 1220 x 2440 x 2mm packaging :- Especially large formats are packed directly into the Strong Wooden Crate. Wooden crate is first protected with side foam cushions and a plywood in the bottom for the safety of stone sheet and covered with poly film from all sides. Finally these wooden crates are Pat Strapped for better strength and further Shrink wrapped for dust and other protection, which ensure safe delivery of thin stone sheets worldwide.

Shipping of Thin Stone Sheet :-

Fastest way of shipping is by Air. Small Quantity is mostly dispatched by Air, being the freight is always very high in Air Shipping. However Air Shipment is always recommended for quick deliveries. Large format stone sheets are also dispatched by air by making rolls of stone sheet and packed in corrugated boxes, but it is always risky. Risk of damage is always there.

Second option of Shipping is by Sea.. Sea shipment is done through 20ft container or by grouped shipping. If ordered quantity is say approx. 5000 Square Meter than a 20 feet container is booked directly to your sea port. Or else if quantity is a few wooden crate quantity then it is booked by grouped sea shipment, where several cargo for one destination is booked which takes more shipping time and charge extra forwarding expenses then full container shipping.
