9) Should Natural Stone Veneer be sealed ?
Sealing is not 100% necessary on every area of installation. It depends upon the exposure of stone and its use. If it is interior and very rare chances of stone veneer come in contact with oily products, liquid or heat then it is not required to seal. Moreover if Stone Veneer is used in exposed area where water, heat and sunlight may effect the beauty in long term then, it is recommended to seal with a breathable sealer.
10) How to clean the Natural Stone Veneer ?
Natural Stone can be cleaned with the help of soft brush or white soft cloth for dusting. Whereas for deep cleaning you can wash it with mild detergent and RO water after protecting the surrounding fixtures. Moreover deep cleaning is not required regularly, it can be done in several years if it is really required depends upon the exposure of stone veneer.
11) How long does Stone Veneer last ?
Stone veneer is a natural stone product it last for long time with proper protection to maintain its beauty.
12) How much maintenance is required on Stone Veneer?
Stone Veneer do not required much maintenance, it can be cleaned with soft clear or white cloths and it can also be washed when required with mild detergent. Make sure Black color stone veneer must have proper precaution while washing. Furthermore if you have installed stone veneer on a public area, it is better to use a sealer once in two year or as recommended by the sealer supplier.
13)How to install natural stone veneer ?
Natural Stone veneer can be installed on any solid wall, brick or wood board. While installing on wall make sure either it is plastered with cement mortar or should be even or smooth. Finally different type of Stone adhesive are used when installing on wall or wood surface.
14) What is the minimum order quantity ?
Minimum order quantity should be one wooden crate which can be supplied by Air or Sea around the world. One Wooden Crate for size 610x1220x2mm will be approx. 240 Sheets, where as 200 to 250 sheets are packed for size 1220x2440x2mm. For specific requirement better get in touch with us directly.
15) Can we mix different colors in one wooden Crate quantity ?
Yes, One can mix different colors of Stone sheet in a wooden crate packing.
16) Does natural stone veneer sheets have variation ?
Please note, natural stone veneer is a natural stone product so little variation in color and texture adds to its beauty. Moreover in the production process minor variation in texture reflects automatically being natural layers in stone but the base color is probably same. However this variation add to the beauty of natural stone. Especially we pack them lot wise, so one box will have same shade and pattern.
17)How fast the natural stone sheets can be dispatched ?
Dispatch of Natural stone depends upon the order quantity, Generally it take from 1 week to one month time as per quantity. All small orders within a week, big orders in a month time or accordingly.
18) How many colors are available in stone veneer?
There are more than 30 plus color processed including Slate stone, quartzite stone, Marble stone, Sandstone and Backlit Slate.
19) Is the Stone veneer sheets processed from stone powder?
No, Natural Stone veneer are not processed from Stone powder. Especially these are processed from thin layer of stone by the process of pealing. These are Natural stone thin layer, available for stone lovers. Moreover we guarantee 100% Natural stone layer.
20) Can you install stone veneer directly on wall or wood surface?
Yes, Stone veneer sheets are installed directly on wall or wood surface. Just make sure the wall surface is even for best installation results.
21) How to protect Stone veneer from Dust, water, heat and cold?
We especially recommend to seal the surface with best stone sealer available in the market. Sealing will protect the stone from dust, water and direct sunlight.
22) Which stone adhesive is recommended for stone veneer installation?
There are many stone adhesive available in the market for Stone installation. However you may choose best stone adhesive for stone veneer installation.
23) Can we mix different colors in a small order?
Yes, Buyers are always open to choose different colors in one order. One box of 610x1220x2mm contain 20 sheets. Certainly we will pack them box wise. In case of 1220x2440x2mm, if the quantity is low, these are rolled in 5 piece packing. or else a wooden crate is packed with 125 sheets.
24) What is Lowes Stone Veneer?
