Thin Veneer Stone Manufacturing processes :-
Flexible Stone Veneer is 2mm thin sheet of natural stone, backed with fiber mesh. Whereas Fiber mesh increase it flexibility and strengthen the stone layer that is why it is also known as flexible stone veneer. Moreover thin veneer stone can be used on any curved surface, even columns and round pillars. However the process of stone veneer is started with selection of good stone blocks from different quarries in India. Thereafter blocks are further treated to get the thin layers every time after pealing one layer. The process is very dense to describe in short, further these thin layers will be pealed with the help of expert workmanship, special adhesives and excellent technology. Finally these are washed, cleaned and cut into the dimensions. Now it is ready for final inspection and packaging as per buyers requirement.
