Installation of stone veneer stone sheets is very easy. Anyone can do it yourself just with the help of some normal tools. Let's proceed with how to install stone veneer

Tools required for Veneer Installation

A Cutter, A Grinder with few rubbing pads, A L Scale, Comb Scraper and Adhesive for pasting.

 

Cutting of Sheets as per Wall :-

Measure your wall size and select number of sheets accordingly. Lay down on stone sheets on the floor, cut outer pieces as per required size and number them. Rub the edges for smoothness. If you have any electric board or any outlet on the wall. Prepare a small paper as per the size of that outlet. Measure the distance from left and right ends, mark them with a marker and cut it with cutter.

Install stone veneer on wall :-

In the above step we did the cutting of outer pieces as per wall size and for any outlet.  Now MARK THEM in numbers from bottom to top or reverse order as you feel easy to install. Certainly Marking the number will help to paste one by one without getting confused while installation. Further when all the numbering is done. Go ahead and get the glue mixed and lay on the wall with the help of comb scraper. Make sure you lay adhesive only for few sheets. Finally paste the sheet one by one and remove any air between sheet & adhesive with light pressure on the sheet.

Certainly You can install Stone veneer the same way, number by number and you are done. You need to take help of a ladder while you go up the wall for stone veneer installation.  Hope it's done and you understand it well. All the best to you.
