Manufacturing process :- How Flexible Stone Veneer is Manufactured ?

Flexible Stone Veneer is 2mm thin sheets of natural stone, backed with fiber mesh. Fiber mesh increase it flexibility that is why it is also known as flexible stone veneer. Moreover stone veneer is also used on any curved surface and even columns. However the process of stone veneer is started with selection of good stone blocks from quarry. Furthermore these blocks are treated to get the thin layers. Finally thin layers will be pealed with the help of expert working craftsman and special machine tools. At the end, these are cleaned and cut into the dimensions.

20ft Container is loaded with approximate 5000 SQM. stone sheet including both the formats either 610x1220x2mm or 1220x2440x2mm and mixing both the formats.
